SingKANA is an online AI service that converts English lyrics into Japanese-friendly kana pronunciation guidance.
Prices are as shown on each plan's application page (tax included).
Additional Fees
- Internet connection charges required to access the Service
- Costs associated with using your device (all borne by the customer)
Payment Methods
- Credit card payments (Stripe)
Timing of Payment
- For subscriptions, payment is processed at the time of initial purchase and will be charged automatically on each renewal date.
When the Service Is Provided
- The Service becomes available immediately after payment is completed.
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital content and online services, we do not accept returns or refunds after the service has started.
However, if the Service was not provided properly due to system failures or reasons attributable to us, we will review the situation and respond appropriately.
Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time via your account page or the prescribed cancellation procedure.
